Approximately 18 months ago, Grace, a 29-year-old based in the Philadelphia area, joined forces with a fellow student to establish Play Henry, a company specializing in pickleball paddles. Following their graduation from business school, they transitioned to running Play Henry on a full-time basis starting this month. Their aim is to cater to players whose paddle requirements are not adequately met by current offerings in the market, identifying a niche opportunity for growth and innovation.
